One resize or
re-weld within 30 days is included with your purchase.
Jewelry can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or a toothbrush and dish soap.
Lost chains are not covered under our warranty.
if your chain breaks, please keep it.
Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, and chemicals. Not doing so can cause skin discoloration, as can sweat and other skin ph changes.

Is my jewelry TSA safe?
Absolutely! Your permanent jewelry will not cause any drama at the airport.
How long does it last?
Your new piece can last years and years with good care! Although it’s “permanent” our chains are dainty, fine jewelry is not indestructible. Should your chain stretch or break, bring it in to be resized or re-welded!
Does it Hurt?
No way! Welding permanent jewelry is quick and painless. One quick, small spark melts the metal and bonds the jewelry to itself.

What if I’m non-committal?
No worries, we totally get it. Clasps can be added to any chain. Plus, rings can be taken off!
How do I remove my permanent jewelry?
Your piece is easy to remove with scissors! Cut the jump ring, and save your chains! Chains can be re-welded at a later date for a small fee.
